Jeff Jones and his wife Beth, are the founders and Senior Pastors of Valley Family Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan, named by Outreach magazine as one of the fastest growing churches in America in 2009 and 2010. They also lead Jeff and Beth Jones Ministries, an organization dedicated to helping people get the basics. Jeff and Beth have four children. They make their home in the Kalamazoo area.

He is a Bible teacher, writer, husband and father of four children who teaches the Word in a conversational way that connects with the listener.

With over 20 years of leadership and ministry experience, Jeff's commitment and ability to present the timeless message of Christ in a relevant and practical way has seen countless lives impacted. His is a message of personal effectiveness for individuals and families; empowers, influences and impacts people to live lives that reach beyond themselves to help others. In addition, Jeff writes a weekly Jump Start eDevo for over 5000 subscribers

Background

Born in Lansing, Michigan in October 1957, Jeff is the youngest of four children and because of the age-gap between he and his siblings, was virtually raised as an only child. Because he spent so much time traveling with his parents, he was able to see the example of a healthy marriage and the power of a husband who loves his wife. His parent's example and the Lord's work in his heart when he came to Christ at twenty-five year of age, stirred up a personal mandate for Jeff to demonstrate Christ's love to his wife and children. His unconditional love has been a living inspiration for many young men and women and married couples.

Jeff has his BA n Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, MI and received his ministry training at Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK. He is licensed and ordained through RMAI.

Prior to being called into the pastorate, Jeff's professional background includes working as a commercial pilot and flight instructor, as well as being a principal partner in an industrial lighting agency for 14 years. In 1986, he left the business world to follow his call to the ministry.
